KF was founded in 1996 by a group of people with wide and significant experience in customer service and sale of OEM products to professional and non-professional businesses.

For this reason, important world-level manufacturers such as Citizen, JCM, Mean Well, Ashai Seiko, and others have entrusted KF with distribution of their products in Italy, in some cases on exclusive basis.

At the end of 1999, KF started its expansion by investing all around the world, in order to transform the company, from a simple distributor to a solution provider: important quality product distributed on behalf of important international partner, with the add-on of the integration or modification of some of them in order to full fill the customer specification.

KF has invested in Florence-Italy (Everex) as its manufacturing plant, in Korea (ID Future) as the ID technology for the future and in USA (Semtek).

KF bought its own building later in 2001 (almost 1000 m); this extensive and rapid expansion has also been made possible thanks to a sales structure that to a certain extent forms a part of the company structure, and is present on a widespread basis throughout Italy.

Almost 20 people focused on sales spread out everywhere in the country. Recently, KF keep on increasing its activities in different area, including in 2006-2007 investment in the renewable energy.
